  • Do you buy watches from the public?

    We absolutely do and if you’re looking to sell timepiece, please head to our Contact Us page and we will get back to you promptly with a fair valuation and an instant cash offer.

  • Do you offer consignment?

    If you’d prefer to consign rather than sell outright, we can list your watch and manage the sale process on your behalf.

  • What brands do you sell?

    Clasp & Crown specialise in Rolex but also handle other high-end Swiss brands. Whatever the make and model, please feel free to get in touch for a chat.

  • Are your watches authentic?

    We stand behind the integrity of each piece, and where applicable, provide documentation and service history.

    We encourage all buyers to inspect the watch and/or use our independent verification service prior to completing the transaction.

  • Do your watches come with a warranty?

    All watches come with either a remaining manufacturer’s warranty or a warranty provided by us. Specifics will be noted in each listing.

  • Can I view a watch in person?

    Private viewings by appointment at 55 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000. Once you’re ready to view an available piece, contact us and we’ll arrange a secure meeting at your earliest convenience.

  • What payment options do you offer?

    If it is your first time purchasing from Clasp & Crown, we accept cash or cleared PayID/Osko bank transfers for all watch sales. PayID transfers are instant and secure.

    Credit card accepted can be accepted with a 1.4% surcharge.

  • Do you provide a tax receipt?

    Absolutely, you will receive an itemised invoice for all orders with Clasp & Crown. If you are leaving the country with your watch you are able to apply for the TRS refund at the airport.

  • Are you a licensed dealer?

    Clasp & Crown is a Licensed Second-Hand Dealer under the Second-Hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1989 (Vic).
