  • Are your watches authentic?

    Absolutely. Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated. We stand behind the integrity of each piece, and where applicable, provide documentation and service history.

  • Do your watches come with a warranty?

    Yes — all watches come with either a remaining manufacturer’s warranty or a warranty provided by us. Specifics will be noted in each listing.

  • Can I view a watch in person?

    Yes — appointments are welcome. Once you’re ready to view an available piece, contact us and we’ll arrange a secure meeting at your earliest convenience

  • What payment options do you offer?

    Payment options include bank transfer, credit card (fees apply), cryptocurrency, and cash.

  • Do you provide a tax receipt?

    Yes, of course. And if you’re leaving the country within 60 days of your purchase, our tax receipt will allow you to apply for a GST refund at your departure.
